Flats

These two flats offer about 60 m² and allow accommodation up to 4 people.

The apartments have a big living room with TV/radio combined with a large kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge/freezer-combination and an oven. You have two separated bedrooms (the children’s bedroom can only be entered by crossing the main bedroom). The parents have a double bed (200x180cm), the children sleep in two separate beds.

The high wooden ceiling procure a very pleasant room climate and a cosy atmosphere in the whole flat.
You have a marvellous sight from the furnished sun terrace over the Atlantic sea, to the mountain Teide and up the whole north western coast of Tenerife.
A second little terrace on the other side of the flat allows you enjoying breakfast in the morning sun… fresh rolls with butter and marmalade are a strong guarantee factor for an excellent start into a new day of very nice holydays. Choose your bred rolls here.

All flats have access to the internet over LAN by cable. Extra costs would be 1,00 € per day.

Children

Babies under 2 years are free of charge. Only the final cleaning fee is calculated as a extra person.

Payment conditions

To fix your reservation an advanced payment of 20% on the total amount has to be made by bank transfer or credit card.
